Rapidly getting derailed here. 
Back on topic, this is quite a good idea and it would severely nerf station camping which is or isn't a good thing depending on your point of view. I reckon in really busy hub systems then yes but otherwise no.

Missing the point here I think, station camping is a legitimate tactic, don't undock if you don't want to fight. Siege warfare has been going on for centuries. If you're regularly docked in a regularly camped station then you're an idiot as chances are you'll be camped in for the majority of your game time.

If I was in the situation described above I would either:
1) Get my friends to help me clear the camp
2) Clone jump out of the station
3) Move medical clone to another station and undock in pod
While doing this I would wonder what I was doing in this station/0.0 in the first place since I was clearly ill equipped to be there.

You just lost any shred of credibility you may have had with the part of that last post mentioning bob.
Aside from that if your small alliance is camped in constantly and can't do anything because of too many enemies in system then can I suggest that your alliance sucks and you should go somewhere else where you aren't out of your depth?
